A

Account

Your personal profile and login on Cliqra, separate from any specific Room or Page you own or belong to.

Active

A Room or Page that’s published and visible to the people it’s meant for. The opposite of Draft.

Admin (Room Admin)

The person who owns a Room, with full control over its content, members, and settings.

Analytics

The tab that shows visits, time on page, and visitor breakdowns for a specific Room or Page.

Bell (Notification Bell)

The icon in the top navigation that shows your most recent notifications at a glance.

C

Calendar

A block you can add to display and manage upcoming events inside a Room.

Contact Form

A block for Pages that lets visitors send a message directly to the owner by email.

Coupon

A code that reduces or covers the cost of a plan at checkout.

D

Danger Zone

The section in a Room or Page’s settings where its owner can permanently delete it.

Dashboard

The home screen after signing in, listing every Room and Page you own or belong to.

Discussion

A live board inside a Room where members post, comment, and react to each other.

Draft

A Room or Page that’s hidden from its regular audience while it’s still being built or updated.

E

Editor

A member a Room’s owner has trusted to edit content and manage members, without full ownership.

Expiration Date

The date a paid plan or a specific Room/Page’s term runs out.

Free Plan

Cliqra’s no cost tier, with a smaller storage and active space allowance than the paid tiers.

G

Grace Period

The short window after a plan lapses, before a Room or Page is moved to Draft.

H

Home Screen App

Cliqra added to your phone’s home screen, opening full screen with its own icon and push notifications, without an app store install.

I

Invitation

A link sent to bring a new member into a Room.

M

Media Library

Where all the images and files uploaded inside a Room or Page are kept in one place.

Member

Someone who’s been invited into a Room and can view and take part in it.

Mention (@mention)

Tagging a specific person, or everyone with @all, to notify them directly inside a Discussion or message.

Messaging

Direct and group chat between members of the same Room.

An analytics breakdown of how many visits came from someone new versus someone coming back.

Notification Center

The full page where every notification you’ve received is kept, with the option to star, mark unread, or delete each one.

Owner

The person a Room or Page belongs to, with the highest level of control over it.

A public space, visible to anyone with the link, with no login or membership required.

Personal Area

Your account settings, plan details, and payment history in one place.

Plan Tier

The paid level a Cliqra account is on: Free, Starter, Plus, or Pro, each with its own limits.

Platform Admin

Cliqra’s own team, who can step into a Room or Page to help when asked.

Publish

Making a Room or Page live and visible to its intended audience.

PWA (Progressive Web App)

The technology behind adding Cliqra to your phone’s home screen as if it were a native app.

Q

Quota

The limit on how many active spaces, members, or how much storage a plan allows.

Realtime

The part of Analytics showing who’s viewing a Room or Page at this exact moment.

Renewal

Paying again to extend a plan before or after it expires.

Room

A private space for a group, where members sign in to see and take part in it.

Room Builder

The drag and drop editor used to design a Room or Page’s content.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

The settings that control how, and whether, a Page can be found through Google and other search engines.

Share Appearance

The custom title, description, and image shown when a Room or Page’s link is shared elsewhere.

Storage

The space available for images, video, and audio uploaded inside a specific Room or Page.

Subscription

An ongoing paid plan, renewed on a recurring schedule.

Support Access

A way for Cliqra’s team to enter and help with a specific Room or Page when asked, always logged and never hidden from view.

Template

A ready made layout you can start a new Room or Page from, instead of building from scratch.

Traffic Source

Where a Page’s visitors came from, such as a direct link, search, or social media.

Tier Expiration

The date a person’s current plan tier is set to lapse if not renewed.

Upgrade / Downgrade

Moving to a higher or lower plan tier at any time.

V

Views

The number of times a Room or Page was loaded, over a chosen date range.

Views per Visitor

The average number of times each visitor viewed a Room or Page during that same period.

Widget

Any individual content block, such as text, an image, or a form, added inside the Room Builder.

Y

Your Plan’s Limits

The specific numbers (active spaces, storage, members) that apply to your current plan tier.

Z

Zero Payment Access

A plan granted by Cliqra’s team without charge, such as for a trial period.
